The yatra is mainly known for two things: doing a parikrama of Mount Kailash and taking a holy dip in the Mansarovar Lake. These are said to relieve pilgrims of any sins and bringing salvation to them
Mt. Kailash is the home of Buddha Demchok and Bon, a religion in Tibet believe that the mountain is the seat of all spiritual power. In Jainism, the site is the nearby place where the first Jain prophet Rishabhadeva attained Nirvana (liberation). Circumambulating the mountain (parikrama) on foot, an ancient ritual of devotion is still practiced by pilgrims with a faith that it will bring good fortune in one’s life.

Requested to consult family physician and get the following tests done-E.C.G., Blood Pressure, Hemoglobin, Blood Sugar etc. Apart from all these tests, the pilgrims are advised to start morning and evening walk, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise in order to be in physically fit condition.

In the morning, after the breakfast sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath and Guheswori sakti peeth. Back to the Hotel for lunch and program briefing of Kailash Yatra. Overnight at Hotel.
KATHMANDU–SYAPRUBESI/142KM/2250M/07 HRS – Early morning, after the breakfast drive to Syabrubesi. On the way you can have scenic view of following River, Waterfalls and Mountain. Overnight stay in Syaprubesi.
SYPRUBENSI-RASUWAGADI-KYIRUNG-THIL/38KM/2900M/02HRS- After immigration formalities the group will cross the border on foot to reach China side. You will transfer on Chinese bus for onward drive to Kyirung.
KYIRUNG THIL-KYIRUNG COUNTY-KONGTANG LHAMO PASS-SAGA/185KM/4500M05 HRS - Morning after breakfast and drive to Kyrung County, on the way we can see beautiful waterfall, forest and continue drive to Kongtang Lhamo Pass(5236m). Also we can view of Mt. Shishapangma and Peaku Tso Lake. Overnight in Saga.
SAGA-MANSAROVAR/480KM/4560M/07 HRS - Drive to Manasarovar Lake, today is the day for the lifetime that you are going to have Darshan of the Holy “Mt. Kailash & Lake Mansarover”. We drive through Mayum-La Pass (17000ft), the highest point of the driving. On the way pack Lunch. Upon Arrival at Mansarovar check point, we have to change our transport and use Chinese Govt. Bus for Kailash Mansarovar region. Mansarovar Parikrama by bus (100kms approx). En-route of Lake Mansarovar parikrama, we will have Holy Bath. Overnight stay in Mansarovar.
MANSAROVAR-DARCHEN/4600M/40KM/01 HRS - Morning we will have Puja and Hawan at the Bank of Holy Lake Mansarovar. If weather clear, we can have beautiful Darshan of Mt. Kailash. Afternoon proceed to Darchen. You can shop for essential goods for Parikrama i.e. walking stick etc. Night stay in Darchen.
DARCHEN – DIRAPHUK/DRIVE 08 KM/TREK 12KM/4900M/07HRS. After Breakfast Drive to Dharboche, Yamdwar Darshan & start parikrama of Mount Kailash. Today is the first day of your Kailash Parikrama where you have to Trek for about 6 to 7 hours. Today you are nearest place of Mt. Kailash north face. You can have beautiful view of Mt. Kailash. Overnight stay in Diraphuk.
DIRAPHUK TO ZUTHULPHUK/22KM/4790M/08 HRS - Today is the difficult and longest day of the trek and we have to cross Dolma-La Pass (5630m). So we will start our trek early morning as possible. After crossing the Dolma-La Pass, we can see the Gauri Kunda Lake. Continue descending our trek to Zuthulphuk. Overnight stay in Zuthulphuk.
ZUTHULPHUK TO DARCHEN TREK 04 HRS – DRIVE TO SAGA/TREK 08KM/DRIVE 520KM/07 HRS - After Breakfast, we will trek around 8 km. We will be reaching at the point, where our vehicle will be waiting for us and drive to Saga. Overnight at Hotel.
SAGA TO KYIRUNG THIL/185KM - After breakfast we start our journey towards Kyirung. On the way we cross the bridge over beautiful Brahmaputra River and continue our journey across the vast open Tibetan plains. Overnight at Hotel.
KERUNG TO KATHMANDU/180KM/08 HRS – This is the last day that we are leaving Tibet, China. Morning breakfast and drive to China-Nepal border RasuwaGadi. Complete immigration and proceed to Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
This is the last day of the tour in Kathmandu, after the breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu International Airport for onward Journey.
